The Vintage Sports-Car Club (VSCC) returns to support the Autumn Classic and will again have a strong presence, having been involved since the first event in 2012.
The VSCC Pre-War Sports car field will be made up of a mix of original machines from the 1920s and 1930s, with most little changed from how they left the factories before going off to contest races at Brooklands and Montlhery in France, and some of the more modified road-going machinery of the Club, which have long been at the heart of Vintage Sports-Car Club competition.
All the drivers enjoy a fantastic camaraderie and share an enthusiasm for this golden era of motoring that cannot be rivalled.
The Sports-Car grids are amongst the Club's best supported and reliably bring a large selection of quality cars to every race meeting, representing many wonderful marques such as Alfa Romeo, Talbot, Frazer Nash, Alvis, Delage, Delahaye, Fiat, Riley, Austin, Bentley, Aston Martin, HRG, MG and Alta.
Another exciting spectacle is assured as some of the UK’s finest Historic racers go for the victory, with wheel-to-wheel action assured throughout the field of what is sure to be one of the day’s most eclectic grids.
Notice to Competitors: Please note that entries this year will be managed directly by the Vintage Sports-Car Club and not by Castle Combe.
